About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Executive to support our programs in Nandurbar. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in Education, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Livelihood, or Health. You will be responsible for implementing field-level activities, engaging with communities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to positive change in rural communities.
Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation:
- Assist in the implementation of field-level activities related to Education, WASH, Livelihood, or Health programs.
- Conduct community mobilization and awareness campaigns.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Distribute program materials and resources.
- Conduct household surveys and data collection.
- Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field visits to project sites.
- Address community inquiries and concerns.
- Promote community participation in program activities.
- Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect and record accurate data on program activities and beneficiaries.
- Maintain detailed records of field visits and interactions.
- Prepare regular field reports and submit them to the Project Coordinator.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Logistical Support:
- Assist in the procurement and distribution of program materials and supplies.
- Coordinate logistics for field events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all distributions.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with local government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline (Social Sciences, Rural Development, or related fields preferred).
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the development sector, preferably in Education, WASH, Livelihood, or Health.
- Experience in implementing programs in any one of the sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to remote rural areas.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to learn quickly.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in Marathi (spoken).
