About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Executive to support our programs in Nandurbar. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in the development sector, particularly in Education, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Livelihood, or Health. You will be responsible for implementing field-level activities, engaging with communities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to positive change in rural communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Implementation:
    • Assist in the implementation of field-level activities related to Education, WASH, Livelihood, or Health programs.
    • Conduct community mobilization and awareness campaigns.
    • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Distribute program materials and resources.
    • Conduct household surveys and data collection.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular field visits to project sites.
    • Address community inquiries and concerns.
    • Promote community participation in program activities.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect and record accurate data on program activities and beneficiaries.
    • Maintain detailed records of field visits and interactions.
    • Prepare regular field reports and submit them to the Project Coordinator.
    • Assist in monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Logistical Support:
    • Assist in the procurement and distribution of program materials and supplies.
    • Coordinate logistics for field events and activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of all distributions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Liaise with local government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations.
    • Represent the organization at community meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Social Sciences, Rural Development, or related fields preferred).
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in the development sector, preferably in Education, WASH, Livelihood, or Health.
  • Experience in implementing programs in any one of the sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to remote rural areas.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Ability to learn quickly.

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Marathi (spoken).
