Location: Bangalore and Dehradun

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute WASH interventions in identified government schools.
- Organize hygiene awareness sessions and training for students, teachers, and school management committees.
- Liaise with local authorities, school administrators, and community leaders.
- Facilitate school-level committees (SMCs, Eco/Green Clubs) for active participation in WASH activities.
- Mobilize parent and community involvement for sustainability of initiatives.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain documentation, photos, and case studies for reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of field experience in implementing school-based or WASH-related projects.
- Strong facilitation and community mobilization skills.
- Experience working with schools, children, and local institutions.
- Knowledge of Kannada (for Bangalore), Hindi for ( Dehradun) and basic English (spoken and written) is essential.
