About Role: The position involves facilitating engaging STEM sessions in schools, preparing educational content, and supporting student progress. The role also includes coordinating with teachers and parents, maintaining reports, and contributing to organizational activities like staff training and team-building. It’s ideal for individuals passionate about STEM education and community engagement.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in B.Sc., BCA, B.E./B.Tech, Data Science or MSW
- Passion for working with students in STEM education
- Willingness to travel to schools in PCMC and PMC areas
- Proficiency in English and Marathi or Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily STEM sessions with students and teachers in schools
- Develop STEM modules, IEC materials, and student progress reports
- Coordinate with teachers and parents through training and awareness sessions
- Maintain MIS, progress records, and document case stories
- Participate in organizational activities, including staff training and team-building initiatives
